As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and drive seasonal tax business growth. You will develop your skills in tax topics and serve as a resource for associates.
Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries, and at least 2 years as a Tax Professional.
Responsibilities include creating growth plans, recruiting, resolving client concerns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards, coaching staff, scheduling, and preparing tax returns as needed. You will also conduct performance reviews and address employee issues.
Required skills include customer service experience, team management, tax knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, independence, resilience, flexibility, and a high school diploma or higher.
