ER Manager – Overview

Belton Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Manager to lead our acute care facility in Belton, KS. The role ensures high quality, patient‑centered care through oversight of daily function and staffing of the unit.

Required:

• RN, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 1+ years experience in a leadership role.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• NIH Stroke Scale (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date).
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date).
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurse or Trauma Nursing Core Course (must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date).

Preferred:

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• 1+ years experience in healthcare.
