. The role is a full‑time, regular position based in Belton, MO and offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.19 to $30.51.

The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
• Consult and refer to the management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.
