The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant with experience working with Challenging Behaviour. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 helping students achieve excellent results and to enable all students to have access to learning.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred experience withing Secondary School setting)

Experience with Behaviour
Proactive attitude in the classroom
