Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain and organize Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
