Immediate Production Associate Opportunity
Cracker Line - Swing Shift (1pm to 9:30 pm)
Heavy lifting is required
Salary Compensation: $17.50 ($16 base pay + $1.50 shift differential). $500 Sign on Bonus*
Job Summary:
The Production Associate – Cracker Line position is responsible for a variety of production duties within the Cracker Line. The Production Associate – Cracker Line operates the production line to fulfill production requirements. The role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace to meet key performance indicators safely and accurately. This role may also support sanitation and daily cleaning functions.
- Operate fill/feed lines on Cracker Line areas.
- Operate Mixing Stations in Cracker Line areas.
- Operate packaging stations and stack finished products on any line.
- Operate production equipment safely and without errors.
- Communicate any problems or changes in production or quality to supervisor or lead personnel.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for line equipment and complete cleaning as needed.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while in all production areas.
- Fill out clear and legible batch processing documentation and cleaning records.
- Run washroom equipment and use necessary personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area.
- Participate in continuous improvement process.
- Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- Work with the Cracker line as a team player by providing excellent teamwork and collaborative attitude.
- Must be able to consistently lift bags up to 55 lbs without restrictions or limitations.
- Fill out clear and legible batch processing documentation and cleaning records.

- Must be able to work in a facility that handles allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, soy, egg, milk, celery and mustard.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
