Assembler – 1st Shift

This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering a 4-day workweek — giving you Fridays off while still earning full-time hours (plus overtime opportunities).

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions
• Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Retrieve parts and move materials within the production area
• Inspect finished products to ensure high quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals

• 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and blueprints
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable with solid time-management skills
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

This role requires standing for extended periods (8–10 hours), frequent walking, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of 25–50 lbs.
