Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Manufacturing Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional skills, technical expertise in manufacturing processes, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is essential in ensuring that team members are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to operate equipment safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Duties
  • Design, develop, and implement training modules tailored to various manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Conduct hands‑on training sessions for new hires, focusing on safety procedures, operational techniques, and quality standards.
  • Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote skill development.
  • Collaborate with production managers to identify training needs and update programs accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and competency assessments.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate innovative training methods to enhance learning experiences.
  • Support onboarding initiatives by ensuring new employees quickly adapt to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Promote a safety‑first environment by emphasizing compliance with safety protocols during all training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
  • Prior experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners at all levels.
  • Ability to develop clear instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands‑on exercises.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking training progress and documentation.
  • Technical proficiency with manufacturing tools, machinery, or software relevant to the specific industry.
  • Certification or formal training in adult education or instructional design is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt training approaches based on audience needs and feedback.
