Your mission

When a line stops, you lead the comeback. You’re the person who can unravel a PLC fault, trace a schematic, and safely work around a 480V 3‑phase motor—then switch gears to rebuild a pump, set a control valve, or tune a hydraulic circuit. You blend electrical savvy with mechanical craftsmanship to keep production moving.

How you’ll contribute
  • Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using a volt‑ohm meter, amp meter, and oscilloscope
  • Troubleshoot and install pneumatic/hydraulic systems, control valves, and centrifugal/positive displacement pumps
  • Apply PLC knowledge, preventive maintenance routines, and work order tracking to maximize uptime
  • Operate lathes and mills; perform arc and Heliarc® welding for fabrication and repair
  • Jump on maintenance calls, assist with in‑progress fixes, and restore equipment quickly
  • Inspect assets, create prioritized repair lists, and execute both immediate and long‑range actions
  • Mentor early‑career techs through complex diagnostics
Setting and pace

Big facilities. Loud equipment. Limited climate control—indoor temperatures shift with the season. Work mix and hours vary by area needs.
