The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Beloit is looking for a Physical Therapist PT to fill a full-time position. You’ll be part of our skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care. The Physical Therapist PT evaluates patients to identify needs and establishes an individualized treatment plan of care. By motivating patients during treatment, you will assist them to function optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

• Evaluate patients to identify needs and establish an individualized treatment plan of care.
• Motivate patients during treatment to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, enabling them to function more independently and live healthier lives.
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in decisions to support optimal patient outcomes.

• An active state Physical Therapist PT license is required.
• We hire PT candidates who require H-1B sponsorship, including current student visa holders, H-1B transfers, and new H-1B filings.

Multiple locations are offered, with optional PRN coverage; potential full-time opportunities at additional locations. This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.

Salary: $43 - $50 per hour
