As a Dental Hygienist on our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain their healthiest smiles by:

• Providing preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Educating patients on oral health and overall wellness
• Identifying and co-diagnosing periodontal disease
• Partnering with the doctor to support comprehensive treatment plans
• Creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

• Current Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon 8-5, Tues thru Thurs 8-6

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

$47-$53 per hour plus hygiene commission

Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
