Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant:
• Perform cost analysis, standard costing, and variance reporting
• Partner with operations on cost‑saving initiatives and decision support
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end close
• Prepare financial reports and insights for leadership
• Support process improvements across accounting and operations
Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting or standard costing
