The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent financial services to our clients while ensuring accurate cash management and fostering strong customer relationships. As a Teller, you will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting customers with their banking needs, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the bank.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using banking software and equipment.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and product information.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor transactions for potential fraud prevention and detection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the branch.
• Enjoys working as a positive, goal-oriented team-player in a professional work environment.

• Previous cash handling experience in financial services, restaurant, or retail is preferred.
• Strong cash management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with financial sales techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous banking experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
