Position Overview Strategic Security Corp is seeking reliable and professional
** Lot Patrol Guards
** to provide security services within the Walmart facility in Susanville, California. The Inside Patrol Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property by performing regular patrols, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents.###

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct interior patrols throughout the Walmart store to maintain visibility and deter theft or disturbances.
* Monitor activity, identify suspicious behavior, and take appropriate security action when necessary.
* Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and calls for assistance.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, site post orders, and legal/security regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service to patrons and staff while maintaining professionalism.
* Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
* Assist law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.### Requirements
* Must hold a valid
** California Guard Card** (required by state law).
* Prior security or loss prevention experience preferred.
* Ability to remain alert and vigilant while patrolling busy retail areas.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from the site.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Must be able to work assigned shifts (overnight, weekends, holidays if required).###

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while patrolling.
* Capable of responding quickly to emergencies or disturbances.
* Must be able to write clear and accurate reports.
