Are you a hands‑on engineer who loves solving complex manufacturing challenges and driving meaningful improvements? We’re looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to play a key role in optimizing production performance, enhancing safety, and elevating product quality across our manufacturing operations.
This is an opportunity to make a visible impact—leading improvement initiatives, collaborating across departments, and shaping how our processes evolve.
What You’ll Do- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, and throughput
- Analyze equipment, systems, and workflows to reduce costs and increase quality
- Partner with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Support development of new methods to improve product quality and process capability
- Lead improvement projects from concept through execution, including cost estimates and resource planning
- Evaluate materials, equipment, and vendors to support project success
- Track project progress, report key metrics, and compare actual vs. estimated costs
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices
- 5–10 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with PLCs, machine tools, batch processing, and CAD (AutoCAD/Solid Works)
- Strong Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement background
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to conduct time studies and troubleshoot production issues
- Knowledge of SAP and ISO‑9000 is a plus
