We are currently hiring a Weekend Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to support our Service and Sales operations during our busiest days. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage both customer communication and scheduling responsibilities.

- Friday - 8:00 am to 7:00 pm with 1 hour lunch
- Saturday - 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hour lunch
- Sunday - 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hour lunch
- Monday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hour lunch
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunities for performance-based bonuses and spiffs
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency
- Follow up on unsold estimates and open service opportunities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on priority, location, and availability
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and internal team members
- Review work orders, technician notes, and job details for accuracy
Manage a multi-line phone system in a high-volume environment - Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes while keeping customer experience top of mind
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking ability
- Comfort working independently and making sound judgment calls
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, scheduling systems)
- High school diploma or GED
- Dispatching or scheduling experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services
- Sales or outbound calling experience
- Service Titan experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
