This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role that requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of remodeling processes, and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple residential remodeling projects.
Serve as the primary contact for clients during project execution, ensuring high satisfaction.
Manage construction schedules, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
Solve on-the-ground challenges quickly and efficiently with a focus on timelines and client needs.
Enforce safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness.
Collaborate with in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Report project progress, delays, and needs to senior leadership.
Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications10+ years of hands‑on experience in carpentry or related residential construction roles, preferably in remodeling.
Proven experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
No formal education requirements – real‑world experience and a strong work ethic matter most.
$90,000 - $100,000 per year + Year-End Bonus (1099 position)
