** Practice Nurse
** to join our friendly, patient-focused team on a permanent part time basis. Deliver high-quality care, support patient health, and work closely with GPs and our amazing practice team.
** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Triage and clinical assessment of patients
* Holistic health checks, screening, and preventative care
* Chronic disease management, wound care, minor procedures, and vaccinations
* Diagnostic services (ECGs, INR, glucose monitoring)
* Manage recalls and reminders, health promotion, and patient education
* Ordering, stock rotation, and maintenance of clinical systems
* Support practice accreditation, clinical risk systems, and compliance with WHS, infection control, and cold-chain standards
* Collaborate with GPs, allied health, nurses, and admin staff
* Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and professional development
** Who We’re Looking For
**** Must-Haves:
*** Current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated clinical competence and working within scope of practice
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*
* Bonus Points:

*** Primary care/general practice experience
* Further education in nursing
* Membership of a professional body (e.g. APNA)
* Experience with medical software systems
