This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Senior Finance Analyst.

The Senior Finance Analyst will support world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis, focusing on Ring Central's Corporate Finance. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team works closely with the CFO and other senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company's strategic initiatives.

* Perform financial analysis, modeling and design
. As part of the Corporate Finance team, the FP&A Senior Analyst will partner closely across Ring Central's cross function areas, performing various financial analysis, modeling, designing and preparation of reporting and budgets for various stakeholders and leadership

* Conduct financial forecasts. Conduct performance, forecast and other financial metric review with leadership teams to include budget, headcount, vendor delivery and related cost analysis, etc.

* Formulate an informed decision grounded in comprehensive financial data analysis. To ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate financial data and apply financial expertise to inform overall strategy. Develop robust financial analysis models and complete ad-hoc business projects to streamline decision-making

* Guide on Investment Strategy. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with leadership teams across Ring Central, guiding investment strategy at a key point of our evolution and will have a critical impact on Ring Central's near & long-term success

* Financial Forecasting and Accuracy. Own and manage the organization's monthly, quarterly and annual planning with high financial predictability and accuracy. Conduct performance, forecast and other financial metric review with leadership teams to include budget, headcount, vendor delivery and related cost analysis, etc.

* Collaboration with Stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Finance Senior Manager. Ensure financial objectives such as margins, growth, efficiency, productivity, etc are appropriately analyzed and understood by business partners.

Partner with the company's accounting team for quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results.

* Analysis and Presentation
. Prepare insightful analytics and presentations to help guide strategic directions and provide recommendations to senior leadership. You will help tell the story of the business through data.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

* 5+ years experience, ideally in a high growth Technology or Software/SaaS environment

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience

* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e.g Anaplan, Net Suite, Tableau or any similar software

* Financial Reporting and Budgeting Analysis. Experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including managing in-period pacing of expenses

* Analytical and Process Oriented
. Strong financial and analytical skills and the ability to break financial processes and concepts into specific tasks and simple terms. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e.g Anaplan, Net Suite, Tableau, Coupa

* Project Management and Organizational Skills
. Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to partner with Accounting and FP&A teams across the organization
