** Babies’ Room**. This role is ideal for an educator who is confident working with infants, understands the importance of secure attachments, and can mentor a team to deliver high-quality, responsive care for our youngest children.

* ** Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (ACECQA-approved)
* ** Demonstrated experience working in a Babies’ Room** (essential)
* Strong knowledge of
** EYLF**, infant development, and safe sleep practices
* ** Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
*** Confidence to lead, mentor, and support other educators
* ** Hourly rate:** **$34.51 – $39.24**
