Opportunity Global Property is looking for a driven Sales Agent to sell residential developments and off-plan properties. This role suits a confident closer who thrives in a target-driven environment and excels at guiding buyers and investors from first enquiry to OTP.
What you’ll do:- Convert qualified digital and on-site leads into sales
- Present off-plan developments, pricing, layouts, and timelines
- Manage your pipeline through to OTP and transfer support
- Host show days, launches, and client viewings
- 3–5 years’ residential property sales experience (off‑plan preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of OTP, bonds, and transfers
- Valid FFC, driver’s licence, and own vehicle
