Recruiting Team Lead - Healthcare

Job Summary

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our mission to source doctors and Allied Healthcare staff across various specialties. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, this role is perfect for you. This is an onsite role working US hours.

• Handling inbound/outbound calls
• Interact with customers/clients through phone or e-mail and managing all queries, requests and complaints
• Permanent/Contract placements of Doctors/Physicians/Specialists
• Sourcing of new clients/business
• To assist and provide the highest standard of customer care
• Achieving daily/weekly and monthly KPI’s and hours target
• Supervising a small Team

• Perm Recruitment experience in Locums Healthcare
• US Healthcare experience is incredibly beneficial
• Excellent communications skills
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates
• Dedicated and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Team Leader experience/Senior Recruitment of 2-4 Years
• Applicants with a strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy and vibrant environment
• Ambitious, financially driven and talented communicators who are capable of delivering excellent customer service in a target driven role
• Due to the hours of work, your own vehicle will be required
