Key Responsibility Areas
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, movements, and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR processes related to performance, benefits, and recognition.
  • Assist with engagement initiatives, surveys, and communication campaigns.
  • Provide recruitment and training administration support.
  • Ensure compliance with POPIA, labour regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support HR systems (ERS/ESS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
  • You have a National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • You're organised, accurate, and thrive on efficiency.
  • You bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
  • You balance people empathy with process discipline.
  • You take ownership and follow through until the job is done right.
  • You're tech-comfortable and enjoy working with HR systems and data.
Experience
  • 2-3 years of HR generalist or HR administration experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS / ESS / ERS).
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, performance, or learning coordination.
  • Experience in Retail, Customer service and Warehouse environments.
  • Strong ER experience.
Knowledge
  • HR processes and policies within the South African context.
  • HR documentation and data accuracy standards.
  • HRIS / ERP systems for employee information management.
  • Labour law fundamentals and confidentiality protocols.

    Keep employee data and HR documentation 100% accurate and compliant.

    Support events, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Tech Navigator:
    Maintain and improve HR system workflows.
  • Service Ambassador:
    Uphold the companies values of care, excellence, and accountability in every interaction.
