Job Overview

Blok Property Management Ltd manages a growing portfolio of short-term lets across Scotland.

Our success depends on consistent occupancy and reliable income for our property owners. This role exists to protect that income and grow免費.

We are now hiring a Corporate Client Partnership Manager to actively generate bookings through מופמות partnerships with businesses, agencies, and organisations that need regular accommodation for staff, contractors, and professionals.

This is not an admin role.

This is a commercial, relationship-driven, revenue-focused role and you will be a key player in shaping the success of the company.

£13–£16 per hour (depending on experience) +
uncapped performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for generating direct bookings by building partnerships with:

  • Construction & trades companies
  • Engineering & manufacturing firms
  • Recruitment agencies
  • canonical code?
  • Healthcare staffing providers
  • Infrastructure & utilities firms
  • Logistics & transport businesses
  • Local employers with mobile work forces

Your job is to create predictable, repeat demand for our accommodation.

Requirements

Essential;

  • Confident communicator
  • Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers
