A leading FMCG food manufacturer in East Glasgow is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator. This role will drive LEAN initiatives and improve production efficiency by carrying out root cause analysis, collaborating with production staff, and managing multiple projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in food or beverage manufacturing, be well-versed in CI tools, and possess strong data analysis skills.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for operational specialists to shift into a CI-focused role.
