Experienced HVAC Technician/Installer job at Cota & Cota, Inc. Bellows Falls, VT. Cota & Cota is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician/Installer.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K/401A, Health Savings Account, paid time off, holidays, paid training, company vehicle and more.

• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of heat pumps and air conditioning units.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute HVAC designs accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns and inquiries.
• Organize and clean work areas and equipment for efficiency and safety.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge and tools, including ohmmeters, for effective equipment repair.
• Ensure all standards and codes are followed during install, repair and maintenance.
• Daily travel to and from customers homes in company vehicle. (Driver's license is required.)
• Physically demanding position requiring ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, balance; ability to lift and carry tools and/or materials (heavy materials with assistance).
• Communicate clearly with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
• Computer skills and timely submission of written paperwork and accurate documentation.
• Maintaining or obtaining licensing for NORA, PERC and any other licensing deemed necessary (we offer classes and assistance paying for licensing).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  HVAC experience preferred; 1 year (Preferred).
• Ability to commute to Bellows Falls, VT 05101 (Required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and use diagnostic tools.
