We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Delivery Driver’s Helper / Warehouse Associate to join our Bellmawr, NJ distribution team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and learning skills that can lead to long-term career growth within our company.

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading
  deliveries to jobsites and our branches
• Inspect flooring and related products for damage or defects before delivery
• Verify delivery paperwork and note any discrepancies
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and delivery operations
• Support warehouse tasks as needed

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
• Forklift experience is a plus (
  we provide training and in-house certification
  )
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Team player who takes direction well and stays flexible
• Strong attention to detail and dependability

Salary Range: $18-$21/hr the listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
