Role Overview

We are seeking experienced HVAC technicians to provide exceptional service to residential customers in Whatcom County. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and installing HVAC systems such as furnaces, heat pumps, and mini‑splits.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will manage your own vehicle, adhere to tight schedules, and deliver outstanding customer service, building long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, repair, replace, and install HVAC systems for residential customers.
• Exceed customer expectations with high‑quality, timely service.
• Maintain accurate service records and effectively communicate with customers.
• Manage own time and vehicle; utilize provided phone and tablet.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

• EPA 608 refrigeration certification.
• 06A specialty electrician HVAC license (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High organization, integrity, and self‑motivation.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
• Desire to grow and contribute to a team‑driven culture.
