Overview
The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team delivers an exceptional experience for professional customers—contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. Team members support every stage of the Pro customer journey: efficient order fulfillment, safe loading, expert product recommendations, and tailored delivery solutions. They build and maintain professional relationships, proactively drive sales using product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations, and provide outstanding service based on unique project needs.
Responsibilities• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Collaborate to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
• Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
• Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations; specific language varies based on customer need.
- Pro Paint Sales Specialist – $19.50
- Pro Sales Associate – $18.50
- Pro Account Sales Associate – $19.50
- Pro Lot Loader – $17.50
- Pro Delivery Driver – $19.50
- Paid vacation (FT: 40 hours after 6 months; PT: 20 hours after 6 months; Temporary: none)
