The Lost Co. is growing fast, and we are looking for the right person to be the heartbeat of our showroom. You aren't just selling parts or bikes—you are the face of our brand. As our Sales & Rider Experience Specialist, you are the first person a rider sees when they walk in, and you are the reason they leave feeling stoked, dialed, and ready to ride.
We need an energetic, confident, and highly knowledgeable rider to take ownership of our customer experience and premium demo fleet. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in helping others get the most out of their time on the trail, we want you on our team.

- Be the Face of The Lost Co.:
You’ll set the tone for every customer that walks in our door, ensuring that every rider - from local pros to visiting shredders - receives expert, welcoming, and high‑energy service. - Manage the Demo Fleet:
Our demo bikes will be one of our best sales tools. You’ll be responsible for keeping the fleet pristine, setting them up perfectly for each rider, and managing the check‑in and checkout process. - Guide the Customer Journey:
Whether it’s a quick repair drop‑off or helping a customer navigate a high‑end bike purchase, you’ll provide the consultative, expert‑level advice that sets us apart. - Bridge the Gap:
You’ll act as the crucial link between our service department and our customers, keeping communication clear, setting expectations, and ensuring repairs get done right. - Elevate the Showroom:
You’ll maintain an organized, inviting, and professional shop floor that reflects the quality of the gear we sell.
- Proven Experience:
2+ years of bike shop experience where you’ve mastered the art of talking to customers about complex setups. - Deep Tech Knowledge:
You can speak the language of mountain bikes—suspension, components, geo, and compatibility are second nature to you. - Confidence & Energy:
You’re not just friendly; you’re proactive. You can handle a busy sales floor with poise and enthusiasm. - Professionalism:
You understand that "customer service" means following through, communicating clearly, and treating every bike as if it were your own.
- $21–$28/hr (depending on your experience and what you bring to the team).

This is a key role in our company’s growth. High performers will have a seat at the table as we continue to scale. - Medical plan + Dental + Vision (eligible after 60 days, employee pays 25% of premiums)
