Compensation

Hourly Wage: $24.5 - $37.5 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Full-Time

Shifts are provided on a rotating basis. Specific shift times are available upon request.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure that Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
