Job Summary

Assist customers with their purchases, maintain store organization, and provide excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience.

We are looking for employees with commercial and/or recreational fishing knowledge as well as boat part and accessory knowledge.

Weekend shifts are required in Bellingham, WA store.

• Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and provide information about merchandise.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sales (POS) system, handle cash, credit transactions, and manage returns and exchanges.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, year-round benefited position.

Starting pay is $19.50

Transportation and housing are not provided.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift/move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
