Our Panera Bread cafés are upscale, friendly locations featuring baked breads, pastries, made‑to‑order soups, salads, sandwiches and specialty espresso beverages. The manager role focuses on delivering a high‑quality, grease‑free environment for associates and guests.

• Provide outstanding leadership to the team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent positive customer experience.
• Take ownership of business performance and achieve company objectives.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, food quality and facility standards.
• Run quality opening, mid‑shift and closing operations.
• Coordinate the entire operation during scheduled shifts.
• Recruit, train and motivate staff.
• Assist bakery café specialists to ensure proper training and competency.
• Promote and embody company values and ethical practices.

• At least 1‑2 years of hospitality experience.
• Food management certifications an advantage.
• Strong organizational, customer‑service and time‑management skills.
• Proven leadership track record and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
