Pay Breakdown:

• Hourly: $38.00/hr Taxed ($1,520.00/wk Taxed) +

• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246.00/wk =
• $2,766.00/wk Gross Eligibility

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• 1 year of epic
Call Requirement: up to one weekend per month and up to one weekday (3-5 call shifts per month)
