Salary: $24.35 – $28.85 /hr

Your primary responsibility is to ensure our residents are comfortable and their personal dignity is respected by:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities
• Providing residents with hygiene and oral care
• Helping residents to dress and groom
• Bathing residents safely and with dignity
• Taking and recording residents’ vital signs
• Maintaining residents’ rooms neat and orderly

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintaining certification throughout employment with Avalon Health Care.
• Meet State and federal requirements, generally 12 hours of service education.
• Read, write and follow oral instructions and written directions to accomplish the job.
• Recent education or clinical hours are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements.
• Depending on site specific requirements, future employees may be asked to participate in COVID‑19 testing procedures as a condition of employment.

Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.
