• Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting
• BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire

• General, adult-only outpatient clinic on the edge of growth and a reimagining of the Diabetes program
• Flexible scheduling options (36 patient contact hours/week)

• Robust Diabetes Education Program / Community drop-in services / Group classes
• Epic EHR

Department/Location Specific Notes:

• Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.

• Guaranteed first-year income range, based on years of direct experience (0-3, 3-5, 5-10, 10+): $-$
