TEAM Seattle is seeking Full-Time Advanced NDE Technicians for a long-term project in Moses Lake, WA.

The Nondestructive Testing (NDT) technician will independently perform inspections using advanced NDT methods (Phased Array UT, CR, DR) to identify corrosion, defects, or detrimental conditions according to specific written criteria. The technician will interpret indications, report results, and communicate processes and findings to customers.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to safety standards and practices, and alerting others of potential hazards.
• Perform all duties as assigned, adhering to TEAM’s Core Values and Critical Choices.
• Supervise apprentices on-site.
• Maintain advanced NDT certification.
• Perform NDT inspections within certified methods.
• Interpret and report inspection results.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in NDT as a certified technician in at least one advanced method.
• Certified to Level II in at least one method (UT, PAUT, CR, DR, ET).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and computerized equipment.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Travel up to 75%.
• Ability to follow instructions.

• Position based at a branch or site location.
• Work involves indoor and outdoor environments, including plant atmospheres with noise and safety equipment requirements.
• Interaction with crew, supervisors, and clients.
• Potential travel to multiple sites daily and exposure to climate changes.

• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to walk, climb, and maneuver in industrial environments, including access to elevated platforms.
• Effective communication, observation, manual dexterity, and mobility skills.
