The Technical Lead will oversee and manage disaster restoration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while maintaining safety standards. Daily tasks include supervising and training technicians, managing resources, creating work schedules, and ensuring proper implementation of restoration processes. The role will require interacting with clients to provide updates and address concerns. This is a full-time, position located in Bellingham and Arlington, WA.

- Experience in project management, team leadership, and resource planning.
- Technical knowledge in disaster restoration processes, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in communication, client relations, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, training, and schedule management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with service industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced certifications in restoration or related fields are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
