Bellingham, WA – 230 36th St. Bellingham, WA 98225. Insomnia Cookies seeks a hospitality-focused individual for our store opening.

• a competitive base hourly pay up to $27.00/hr + bonus compensation

• Hire, coach, and develop diverse part‑time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, employee friendliness, store cleanliness
• Establish a culture of excellence that prioritizes cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance while supporting personal growth
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
• Create and execute fun local marketing drops
• Design and drive in‑store recognition programs and contests

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment
• Availability to work 2–3 mid‑to‑late shifts (Thu‑Sun)
• Benevolent leadership style with a player‑coach mentality
• Innate sense of true hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Technical acumen: restaurant/retail business software, proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and experience hiring via an Applicant Tracking System
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (a plus)
