Schedule:

This role offers the unique advantage of choosing your workdays and start times, providing a perfect balance for those seeking flexibility in their schedule. Hours will vary, typically ranging from 4-6 hour shifts (no split shifts), depending on business need. You may:

• Choose to work Saturday & Sunday OR Sunday & Monday for the season
• Select your shift start times during the chosen days between 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM, ensuring completion of the full assigned shift. The shift times can change from week to week.

• Maintains SVCA facilities and amenities to defined standards of cleanliness
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and showers, including restocking/refilling soap, towel, and other product dispensers.
• Maintains floors including vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping as needed
• Dusts/cleans furniture, walls, windows, windowsills, and fixtures
• Empties trash receptacles
• Sweeps or uses leaf blower to clean exterior entryways and walkways
• Gathers and disposes of building and grounds trash including litter from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other common areas
• Maintains records of tasks performed
• Performs cleanup after identified special events
• Maintains an effective working relationship with SVCA staff, board members, and the general public
• Undertakes other duties as assigned
• Promotes and supports workplace safety

• One year of custodial experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Must have a valid WA State driver's license and proof of valid auto insurance.
