Pay: $26–$27 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Action Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to ensure our clients consistently receive high‑quality janitorial services. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with strong cleaning experience who takes pride in quality, safety, and accountability.

This position offers competitive pay, full benefits, and a consistent weekday evening schedule. Some after‑hours availability may be required to respond to calls or assist with coverage when needed.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure janitorial services meet quality and contract standards
• Communicate with clients regarding service questions and quality concerns
• Evaluate cleaning staff performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance
• Train janitorial staff on cleaning standards and site‑specific instructions
• Ensure job scopes, site instructions, and SDS sheets are accurate and maintained onsite
• Identify and communicate safety concerns to management
• Assist staff as needed to meet contracted service levels
• Manage, order, and track cleaning supplies and consumables
• Perform in‑process inspections and verify corrective actions
• Drive company vehicles between job sites

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of professional janitorial or cleaning experience
• Lead, supervisory, or quality control experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

• Hourly pay range: $26–$27

• Work may occur indoors, outdoors, or in company vehicles
• Frequent walking and standing during site inspections
• Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, or crouching
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Requires strong problem‑solving, leadership, and attention to detail
