Compensation: $27.00–$31.00 per hour

Own community maintenance and life safety programs to keep residents’ homes and shared spaces safe and comfortable.

Oversee building systems, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and inspections while providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain and repair building systems; manage work orders and PM program
• Lead life safety program: drills, documentation, training
• Coordinate vendors, quotes, and equipment maintenance; track inventory
• Support room turns, minor plumbing/electrical, and grounds tasks
• Ensure housekeeping, infection control, and safety standards

• Tool/equipment proficiency; safe work practices
• Troubleshooting across mechanical systems
• Clear communication and resident‑centered service
• Organization and documentation
• Prioritization and delegation

• Facilities/maintenance in multi‑unit residential, hospitality, or healthcare
• Preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance
• Vendor management and basic budgeting

• At least 21 years of age; valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain
