Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Bellingham, Washington. We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in Washington who are ready to make a difference and grow with us.

• Providers willing to see 15-21 sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Maintain strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

• Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Washington
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Up to $60,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement)
