Job Overview
Looking to hire both to fill positions in the morning and night to help with the upcoming release of Super Mario Galaxy on April 1st. Typical Hours of Operation are between 7A-2A, occasionally opening earlier or later depending on the film schedule.
Team members are classified as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees. Primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Concession Stand or as an Usher.
Required Competencies- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling emergency situations when called upon

- Compliance with dress code
- Operate POS system, manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons, maintain concession stock inventory.
- Promote Regal Crown Club program.
- Operate, prepare and clean all concession equipment.
- Upsell/suggestive selling.
- Comply with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
- Abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
- Read and understand training materials covering sexual harassment and discrimination.
- Promote Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
- Ensure tickets sold per MPAA rating system and company policy.
- Respond to phone calls and guest questions.
- Collect and deposit appropriate tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums.
- Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.
- Manage crowd control and help guests find seats.
- Enforce MPAA rating system.
- Conduct theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for theft, maintain safe environment.
- Report problems or unusual situations to management.
- Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed.
- Clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, hallways after shows.
- Monitor cleanliness and operation of vending equipment.
- Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned.

Education / ExperienceCompletion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
