At Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County, our goal is to develop our next generation of community leaders. We are proud to be the largest youth serving organization in Whatcom County and we are always looking for dedicated educators to enrich our classrooms, Clubhouses, and our community. We believe it is important for our team to reflect the diverse neighborhoods we are located in and strive to be a safe, patient place for all kids.

Our Bellingham clubhouses are actively seeking a part-time Teen Coordinator that is available Monday through Friday (approx 25-29 hrs/week).

This position is responsible for managing the delivery of a broad range of youth development programs for teens (grades 6-12), which increase participation in an outcome-driven Club experience. The Teen Coordinator is responsible for leading the daily program to ensure quality targeted programming and priority outcomes. This includes accountability for member recruitment/enrollment and program management, supervision and training of program staff, family involvement, and assuring that members are provided with programming that promotes physical activity, pro-social engagement, community service, career and academic development as well as healthy lifestyles.

PAY RANGE
: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
