Lithtex NW, a division of Northwest Center, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face and voice of our Bellingham location. As a vital part of our team, you'll make a lasting impact on our community and help deliver top-quality products and services.

Location: Bellingham, WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Starting Wage Range: $19.13 per hour |
Full Wage Range: $19.13 - $22 per hour

• Operate the phone system to answer calls from offsite customers
• Support customers over the phone and email
• Successfully operate all technology provided in accordance with training
• Respond promptly to customers with phone calls and emails
• Complete tasks with limited supervision
• Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with other staff
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while providing a high level of quality customer service

• Strong communication skills and a positive, problem‑solving attitude
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while multitasking
• Experience with MS Office (bonus if you have a graphic design or printing background)
