Compensation: Full‑time total annual compensation between $60,000.00 - $; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty) in accordance with the terms of the pay plan; 3.75% commissions of individual gross profit on parts warranty; additional monthly 2% commission on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed the national average in accordance with terms of the pay plan.

- Paid Time Off (PTO):
All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with applicable state paid sick leave law. After 36 months of continuous service, full‑time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; after 120 months of continuous service, employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to PTO policies.

What You’ll Be Doing- Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly
- Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and HOA guidelines
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment
- Deliver top‑tier customer satisfaction every single time
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- A customer‑first attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy service drive
- Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus
