DescriptionAARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides in-person and virtual tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a special focus on taxpayers who are over 50 or have low to moderate income. Client does not have to be an AARP member to participate. Cannot do taxes for those claiming business losses, depreciation, or are married and filing separately.
Volunteers provide assistance with basic income tax returns to low- to moderate-income, elderly, disabled, or non-English speaking taxpayers. Bilingual and electronic filing service is available at some sites. There is no charge for this service.
