The Project Administrator works closely with AK and WA Estimator Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents to ensure our project teams consistently follow best practices and standard processes throughout the full construction life cycle.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to ensure adherence to established processes and best practices across the full construction life cycle.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project administration.
• Able to read, understand, and follow contractual requirements.
• Prefer prior experience in accounting, as a paralegal, or office administration utilizing various software packages.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willing to learn industry-specific software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Competitive pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
