National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is a $3 billion global supply chain management company serving Dunkin’ franchisees. We support over 10,000 quick‑service restaurants in the U.S. and distribute products to more than 40 countries. As VP of Operations, you will lead the distribution center, providing logistics, transportation, and supply‑chain leadership to drive outstanding customer service, profitable franchisee sales, and growth of the Dunkin brand.

• Manage the distribution, transportation and logistics needs of the Dunkin system, including movement of food, beverage, packaging, equipment, new products, obsolete inventory, and procurement.
• Develop and manage annual operational budgets.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Dunkin system suppliers and distributor communities within the region.
• Implement annual and long‑term goals for the facility.
• Build positive relationships with NDCP Senior Management, franchisees, various franchisee organizations, and company operations.
• Develop and implement staff performance and career development programs.
• Ensure supply‑chain strategies align with and support the Dunkin System overall business plan(s).
• Identify and implement an effective distribution network.

• Preferred: a Vice President of Distribution, Logistics or top supply‑chain leader in a significant enterprise with $500 million to $2 billion in supply‑chain spend.
• Minimum 12 years of line experience with strong familiarity of the quick‑service restaurant industry and food‑safety management systems.
• Experience leading distribution of food and packaging commodities, including transportation, warehousing and leadership development.
• Formal responsibility for budget management with full profit and loss accountability for an operating budget of at least $15 million.
• Solid experience in food service distribution management; detailed understanding of operating environments.
• Co‑op experience preferred.

• Work at a desk or sit/stand workstation for extended periods in multi‑temperature Distribution Center (Freezer, Chill, Dry goods).
• Operate a computer keyboard and view a screen for extended periods.
• Interact with employees and/or customers in the Distribution Center or customer locations.
• Travel to customer locations, other Distribution Centers, and Corporate Office as needed.
• Lift, tug, pull up to 15 pounds.

Salary range: $220,000–$240,000 plus bonus potential and long‑term incentive plan (LTIP) in accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements; actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
